• Giveaway entries — your name and email address, plus confirmation that you followed us on social media or left a Google review. We use this to run the weekly free shisha draw and to email you if you win. Lawful basis: consent, which you give by submitting the entry form.
• Entry wall — if you enter the giveaway, your first name may be displayed on the in-venue entry screen. Your email address is never shown publicly.
• Google reviews — reviews you leave publicly on Google may be shown to our staff so we can reply to them.
• Site usage — optional analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Giveaway entries are kept for up to 12 months after the draw they relate to, then deleted. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

We use trusted service providers to host this website, store our database and send email notifications. They process data on our instructions only. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum apply.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out).
