Freshly pressed juices
Our juice bar is the busiest counter in the lounge. Everything is made to order from whole fruit — orange and strawberry, mango and banana, watermelon and mint, pineapple, avocado and honey. Nothing is pre-mixed and nothing comes from concentrate, which is why they arrive at the table still cold from the press.
Signature mocktails
If you want something with a bit more theatre, our mocktails are built like cocktails without the alcohol: strawberry mojito, virgin piña colada, passionfruit spritz and mango sunrise, all finished with fresh fruit and plenty of ice. They are the natural partner to a fruit-head shisha.
Alcoholic drinks
For guests who drink, the bar is fully stocked. Expect chilled beers, house red, white and rosé wines, prosecco, and a spirits shelf covering vodka, gin, rum, whisky and traditional arak and raki. Our bartenders also mix the classics — mojito, espresso martini, margarita and Long Island iced tea.
We serve responsibly: over-18s only, with a Challenge 25 policy in place, and we are happy to arrange taxis at the end of the night.
Hot drinks and desserts
Round the evening off with Arabic coffee, carob tea, Moroccan mint tea or a karak. Our dessert counter runs late with baklava, kunafa, cheesecake and waffles prepared fresh throughout the night.

Do you serve alcohol?
Yes. Alongside our juice bar we serve beers, house wines, arak, spirits and cocktails. Non-alcoholic guests are just as well looked after.
Are the juices freshly made?
Every juice and mocktail is pressed and mixed to order — nothing is poured from a carton.
Can I bring my own drinks?
No, we do not allow drinks to be brought in. Everything is available from our bar.
Do you do drinks with desserts?
Yes — our dessert counter runs all night, and juices, Arabic coffee and carob tea pair perfectly with them.
